Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Gisou Creator Portal ("The Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information in your profile.
• You must not share your account with third parties.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Content Submission

When you submit content through the Platform:

• You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to the content.
• You grant Gisou a license to use the content as outlined in your creator agreement.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and regulations.
• Content must not contain illegal, harmful, or misleading material.

5. Product Orders

Products provided through the Platform are for promotional purposes. Restock requests are subject to approval. Gisou reserves the right to modify or discontinue product offerings at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, and branding, is the property of Gisou. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

7. Termination

Gisou reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time through the Privacy section of your dashboard.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." Gisou is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
